All non-standard buildings ordered for special construction will attract a 50% non refundable deposit if construction has begun prior to cancellation.

Once delivered they are non returnable.

All buildings are constructed to very high standards.

It is most important we establish precisely what you require in terms of a built to order non-standard building and we will expect a signed order with deposit prior to construction commencing.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
