Climatic temperature changes can cause the roofing felt to ripple and while this may not be aesthetically pleasing, it is not considered to be a defect and responsibility would not be accepted.
Timber is a natural product and may have inherent defects such as knots, splits and resin pockets.
The biggest threat to any timber building is failure to regularly treat the exterior with a good quality wood treatment. To ensure longevity of your Rose Cottage building, a top coat upon installation is required and regular application thereafter.
